This is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or pull an official booking record. Questions about a record or a person's status belong with the government office that created or holds it.
Fremont County Records Contact
The Fremont County Sheriff's Office maintains the county-jail function described in the local sources. Ask the office which agency and custodian hold a particular arrest, booking, or photograph. A formal request can be started through the county's Public Records Request page or the Fremont County JustFOIA portal.

Where to Ask for Each Record
The right contact depends on the question and the custody stage. These routes help keep a city police report separate from a county jail intake record and a court disposition separate from a release notice.
- For a Fremont County booking record or releasable booking photograph, start with the Sheriff's Office and the county records-request and lookup path.
- For a warrant question or a public-safety tip, use the official contacts described on Wanted Fugitives; do not approach a person based on a listing.
- For a city arrest report, contact the arresting department. St. Anthony Police lists 208-624-4001, while Ashton Police and its city records custodian use 208-652-3987. Teton's city administration can help identify the handling agency at 208-458-4537.
- For custody, release, escape, or court-event notifications, use the county's VINELink information. VINE is not a photo gallery.
- For a case number, arraignment, dismissal, plea, acquittal, or sentence, use the Idaho iCourt portal or the Fremont County clerk listed in the courthouse directory.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Idaho Department of Correction Resident/Client Search. For federal or immigration custody, use the official BOP locator or ICE locator.
